Terms of Service

StrivGate shows you, in a web interface, the messages sent to the address (alias) you received when you purchased the service. Its purpose is to let you receive the login links and verification codes for the subscription you bought.

StrivGate is not an email provider. You do not own the address, it is not portable, and the service ends when your purchase period ends.

Access is by alias and, where configured, an access password and a second authentication factor. Safeguarding those credentials is your responsibility; any person holding them will be able to view the alias's messages.

If you suspect unauthorised access, change the password immediately and notify us through the support channel.

Messages addressed to your alias travel over encrypted connections (TLS) and are stored on infrastructure operated by StrivGate, protected by credentialed access and audit logging.

Message content is treated as confidential. Access by our personnel is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service, respond to a request from you, investigate misuse, or comply with a legal obligation. Content is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access another person's alias or messages;
• resell, sublicense or share your access with third parties;
• automate requests beyond normal use, or attempt to circumvent usage limits;
• use the service to receive communications connected to illegal activity;
• send spam, deceptive content or bulk mail from the service.

StrivGate is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider. Their names and logos belong to them and appear only to identify which service a message relates to.

Those providers' own terms continue to apply to the account you use, including any restrictions they place on account sharing. Assessing that compatibility is your responsibility, and policy changes on their side may affect or interrupt the service outside our control.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party failures and changes at external providers can cause temporary outages.

The purchased period is stated at the time of purchase. If the service does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund proportional to the unused period through our support channel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, in particular section 4, with prior notice wherever practicable. You may end your use at any time by ceasing to access the service.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will meet a particular purpose, nor that messages will always arrive, arrive on time, or arrive without fault — delivery depends on third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top of this page indicate the current revision. Material changes will be communicated to your recovery address, where one is set.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions, requests and notices can be sent through the support channel shown on the site.
